In December 2005 we have setup the manufacturing facilities for the architectually sophisticated SharkSkin® surface, fabricated by multiple blasting of longstrip material, especially stainless steel and titanium, with high-grade corundum or casted chromium alloy.

The treatment of the material introduces additional unique features, e.g. low reflectivity and self-cleaning effect, without having a negative impact on the primary properties of the base material.

Contrary to other blast facilities our machine is capable of converting continuous workpieces like long-strip metal in coil-form. Hence, our product is particularly well suited for projects requiring longer cladding components, especially on facades and roofs.
